Recon Electrical Services is located in Seaview, Lower Hutt and sells goods and services within the North Island and top of the South Island. We specialise in sales and service of electrical equipment. The business began as an electric motor winding operation and has now expanded to support a wider range of electrical equipment used in both industrial and marine settings.
Industrial goods sold and serviced still centre on electric motors and pumps, but also include cranes and hoists, generators, welders and compressors. We are agents for CMG motors, Demag hoists, Flygt pumps, Delco Remy motors and Leece Neville alternators.
Our marine work has developed from servicing equipment on fishing vessels and ferries and has now expanded to include private yachts and launches. We sell a wide range of marine equipment and provide an installation and maintenance service for all marine electrical equipment. Brands supported are Raymarine, Jabsco, Westerbeke, Muir, Victron, VDO and Balmar.
